Winemaking: the harvest begins in the second half of September (Merlot) and continues in the second half of October (Cabernet Sauvignon). After thinning out, the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked, de-stemmed and soft pressed. They are macerated in wine makers and then subjected to punching down. The two types of grapes are racked and blended. The wine is left to rest there for 6 months and then aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red with garnet hues. It has a fruity bouquet with varied spices and hints of dry-roasting and dark chocolate. Excellent structure, with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
