Winemaking: the grapes are hand-picked and selected in early September. In the cellar the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The must is kept at 10°C for 16 hours, for a natural clarification. It is then transferred into stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where it ferments at a maximum temperature of 18°C. The wine is transferred into stainless steel tanks for a spontaneous clarification until bottling.
Tasting notes: light yellow colour. The nose is captivated by its floral aromas, pleasant on the palate, with clean notes. It goes well with seafood dishes. Serve at a temperature of 12°-15°C.
