Winemaking: the grapes are hand-picked in early September choosing grapes rich in aroma and flavour from the Elisena area. In the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. The must is kept at 10°C for 16 hours and the racked into stainless steel tanks where it ferments at 18°C maximum. The wine is then transferred into steel barrels for 3 months. Part of it rests in oak barrels for three months; it is mixed and put to rest in wooden casks for 12 months.
Tasting notes: very intense fruity fragrance derived from the balanced combination of two different varieties of grapes. There is a slight hint of wood. The taste is elegant, smooth and well-structured.
