Winemaking: the grapes are hand-picked in early September. In the cella the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The must is kept at 10°C for 16 hours, for a natural clarification. It is then racked into stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where it ferments at 16°C. The wine is aged for 90 days in an autoclave with the Charmat-Martinotti sparkling method.
Tasting notes: a lively wine with an intriguing rosè appearance. It envelops the nose with a provocative, fruity, fresh and floral bouquet. It conquers the mouth gently. Excellent as a complement to meat or fish appetizers or entrees.
